i know that a flys eggs will turn into maggots, an underwater snail is asexual, human skin has many layers, all by experiment as a kid. but as i grow up, i feel more difficult to deal with the truth, mainly bigger things that involve emotions (out of curiosity). i know now that i rather not always know, because not all discovery is victory. i let some curiosity slip in- i learned not to know if knowing means it will shatter my heart and hope. yes, i rather not know.
